Damaged or Faulty Items

Product replacement request:

Please contact us and we will happily provide a pre-paid shipping label to you. Once received, please prepare the product collection from any UK address, or for the product to be dropped off at one of our partner collection stores. A product replacement will be shipped to you immediately upon receipt of the product. Please note, we may ask for a photo of the damaged or faulty item.

Refund request:

Please contact us and we will happily provide a pre-paid shipping label to you. Once received, please prepare the product collection from any UK address, or for the product to be dropped off at one of our partner collection stores. A full refund will be issued within 7 working days. Please note, we may ask for a photo of the damaged or faulty item.
